Shipping & Delivery:

We process each order and make every effort to try to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most orders placed during the week before 10am PST will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.



Shipping and Processing Options:


We have UPS, USPS and Store Pick up for our shipping option. 

Please note that all the shipping rates are generated from USPS/UPS directly based on the weight of products and shipping address.

  • USPS shipping : "First-class shipping" do not provide a tracking information. If you wish to track your package choose "USPS Priority mail" service for your shipping option.

  • China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan

 

[ Free shipping only to the contiguous US states via UPS ground shipping. ]

Free delivery is available for orders over $250.

  • The above charges do not include surcharges that may apply to some items or for any kind of expedited shipping. The standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address.
  • Some of our larger items may have an additional "Oversized" delivery charge. Please check the item details for the specific charge or contact us for more information.
  • Excluded States: Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marchall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

General Return Policy:


We at Roland stand behind the quality of our products and brands. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are glad to accept returns of unused merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You will be given a refund on the purchase price minus our shipping costs and 15% of processing fee, even if you received it with free shipping.

 

The following conditions must be met:


  • Item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and manuals.
  • The packaging must not have any writing or damage on it, so please take care in repacking the item before sending it back to us.
  • All supplements or free gifts must be returned with the item, unused and in its original packaging.
  • We will not accept any items returned with product damage, or items that are used, washed, altered, or unsellable for any other reason. If products have damaged packaging or missing documents such as manuals, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization form. To receive a Return Authorization form and detailed instructions on returning your product, please contact us at 323-731-1111.

 

Shipping Damage Claims:


If your product is damaged due to shipping, please call us at 323-731-1111 as soon as you receive it. Do not remove any items, and keep the packaging as is. We may have to claim the damage with the shipping company. We advise everyone to check the items in the package once they receive their package. 

 

Product Defect Claims:


If you receive a product which you feel is defective, please call us at 323-731-1111. Our Customer Service Department will help you troubleshoot, send the unit back for a refund/replacement, and/or check the warranty on the product for further assistance.
